Every job I run out to is a variation on one of these. Pricing is the same across the board time of day determines the rate, nothing else.
Locked out of your house
Front door won't open, key turning but not unlocking, or no key at all, I pick house locks open non-destructively in around 80% of cases.
Locked out of your flat
Flat front door or main building door, I open both. Non-destructive in around 80% of cases, and I can handle the communal-entrance side too.
UPVC door lockout
Handle lifts but door won’t unlock, or locks but won’t open. Usually a failed multipoint gearbox, diagnosed and repaired on arrival.
Broken key in lock
Key snapped off in the cylinder or mortice? I extract it non-destructively and you keep the lock, no drilling, no replacement in most cases.
Lost house keys
Keys gone for good? I gain entry and, if you want, replace the cylinder on the spot so the old keys no longer work.
Snapped or broken lock
Euro cylinder snapped, night latch broken, mortice seized, I’ll open the door and replace the lock with a BS Kitemark 3★ anti-snap for £120.
Anti-snap cylinder upgrade
Planned security upgrade, swap a vulnerable Euro cylinder for a BS Kitemark 3★ anti-snap. Flat £120 including part, fitting and warranty.
Emergency burglary repair
After a break-in, board-up, cylinder replacement, and insurance-ready paperwork so your home is secure tonight and your claim goes smoothly.
Locked out of your office
Office or workspace door, commercial cylinders, master-keyed systems, access control. Non-destructive entry where possible.
Locked out of your shop
Shopfront locks, roller shutters, stock-room doors. Get your shop open before the morning trade or close securely at end of day.
Lost office keys
Lost the office key, master key or staff key? Planned rekey on your schedule, minimal disruption, transparent pricing.
Same transparent pricing, every service
What you pay depends on the time of day, not the specific job. A UPVC lockout at 2am is the same as a wooden-door lockout at 2am: £220. A broken-key extraction at 10am is the same as a mortice-lock lockout at 10am: £85.
